职责一：端到端交付总负责（结果责任） 主导并带领团队完成 Body / 底盘域电控系统从需求到量产交付的全流程落地，对交付结果负最终责任。 - 制定域级交付主计划（WBS、里程碑、资源、预算） - 统筹软硬件、系统、测试、标定、供应链的并行推进，破除跨部门阻塞，对关键路径上的风险提前预警。 - 主持域级交付例会与里程碑评审 - 建立周/月/季三级经营与交付复盘机制，对偏差做归因（人机料法环），输出可执行的纠偏动作并跟踪到关闭。 职责二：域业务策略的共创与目标分解（经营责任） 作为域业务负责人的交付侧搭档，参与制定 Body / 底盘域业务策略，并承担策略向目标的完整分解与落地。 - 策略共创：参与域产品路线、产能与人力规划 - 目标分解：将域年度/季度目标拆解为项目级、团队级、个人级，明确责任人 - 经营意识：对域内人力投入、承接项目做投入产出分析，对业务给出经营建议 职责三：域交付运营与组织效能负责人（组织责任） 承担 Body / 底盘域交付运营的整体负责人角色，对组织效率负责。 - 依据域能力地图配合业务负责人进行团队配置与梯队建设。 - 识别并消除流程浪费（等待、返工、重复验证、跨部门扯皮）。 - 建立跨域协同机制，确保团队的协作效率。

经验 专业背景：机械工程、车辆工程、自动控制工程等相关专业的硕士学位。 工作经验：至少8年的汽车底盘/Body电控系统开发或项目管理经验 量产项目： 有成功领导跨部门和跨职能团队的项目经验，熟悉项目生命周期管理，包括需求分析、设计、开发、测试和发布。

能力 问题解决和风险管理： - 强大的问题解决能力，能够在复杂环境中快速识别问题根源并提出有效解决方案。 - 对于疑难复杂技术问题，重大质量问题等，具备深入分析和定位能力，识别问题核心要素和各要素关系，运用科学的方法论领导和组织团队之间的沟通合作，推动问题的闭环解决。 - 能够根据用户对车型的问题反馈，版本迭代中的经验，结合COE技术路线，整体规划车型交付路线节奏和制定风险管理措施。 沟通协作： 优秀的跨部门和跨职能沟通协作能力，能够协调不同团队资源，推动项目顺利进行。 领导及影响力： 主导并协调产品，体验，FO，系统，软件，测试，数据等职能同事，共同完成交付目标。通过设定和宣贯有挑战性的目标，打破部门边界，激发跨团队合作氛围和提高效率。
