职位描述： 负责智能座舱系统端侧智能体评测：与开发/产品等相关人员协作，制定有效的评测方案(包含模型效果、推理算法、function call、端侧智能体响应性能、系统资源占用等)，输出完整的效果评估报告，辅助端侧智能体不断迭代优化并最终交付； 负责智能座舱系统端侧智能体功能测试：端侧智能体测试方案/用例设计，对相关功能进行测试验证，提供相关测试报告和文档，保证智能体整体功能按时按质交付； 负责智能座舱端应用/系统测试：智能座舱相关应用/系统测试方案/用例设计，对相关功能进行测试验证，提供相关测试报告和文档，保证相关功能/模块按时按质交付； 团队协作：与相关团队进行沟通协作，跟踪相关需求、缺陷，根据相关项目节点，及时预知风险并协作相关团队和人员进行闭环跟踪处理； 自动化建设：根据相关工作，创建/适配相关CI/CD任务，进行数据构造、测试串流、日志分析、缺陷跟踪等，不断规范测试交付过程，提升测试交付效率，沉淀团队整体能力。

任职要求 全日制本科及以上学历（硕士优先），计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，2-3 年以上大模型 / 算法评测相关经验，有智能座舱/车载项目经验优先； 熟悉智能座舱相关架构设计和操作系统，如QNX、Android、Linux等，熟练使用常用命令，可独立进行常规的日志分析； 熟练掌握一种编程语言，如 Python、Java，能独立设计和编写相关的测试脚本和工具； 具备良好的业务理解与跨团队沟通协作能力，能与相关团队(如算法、产品、开发)对话语言对齐; 有研发相关平台和缺陷跟踪平台使用经验，如Jira、gitlab、jenkins、gerrit等； 工作积极主动、责任心强、做事严谨、较强的逻辑思维及表达能力、具备较强的抗压能力、自驱力。

加分项 有 Agent 模型评测、VLM/多模态模型评测、评测数据集构建的实际落地经验； 了解 LangChain、LangSmith 、 Langfuse 等评测与实验追踪工具； 熟练运用 AI 编码工具（Vibe Coding）提效，有评测平台/工具链从 0 到 1 建设经验； 有驾照并有实际驾驶经验者。
