🎯 Sobre a Vaga – Analista de Growth e Performance

Buscamos um profissional analítico, proativo e orientado a resultados para conduzir a estratégia de aquisição e geração de leads da Nippur. A atuação integrará tráfego pago, automação de marketing e CRM, com foco na otimização do funil de aquisição e conversão, no acompanhamento de indicadores e na identificação de oportunidades para impulsionar o crescimento digital do negócio.

🔎 Responsabilidades

  • Planejar, gerenciar e otimizar campanhas de tráfego pago nas plataformas Meta Ads e Google Ads;
  • Estruturar, acompanhar e aprimorar o funil de aquisição e conversão de leads;
  • Construir e gerenciar fluxos de automação e nutrição de leads, contribuindo para as estratégias de inbound marketing;
  • Integrar as ferramentas de CRM às ações de Marketing, buscando qualificar leads e acompanhar a conversão dos diferentes canais de aquisição;
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, como alcance, impressões, leads gerados e leads convertidos;
  • Elaborar relatórios de performance e analisar os resultados das campanhas;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor testes para aumentar a eficiência das estratégias de aquisição;
  • Contribuir para o planejamento e a execução das iniciativas digitais do setor;
  • Manter alinhamento com os times comerciais para aprimorar a qualificação dos leads e os resultados das ações de Marketing.

✅ Pré-requisitos

  • Experiência com planejamento, execução e otimização de campanhas de tráfego pago, especialmente em Meta Ads e Google Ads;
  • Vivência com RD Station Marketing e ferramentas de CRM;
  • Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados, acompanhar indicadores e ajustar campanhas com base nos resultados;
  • Proatividade e autonomia para propor testes, melhorias e novas estratégias;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade de relacionamento com times comerciais;
  • Perfil orientado a resultados, com foco em aquisição, conversão e crescimento.
