🎯 Sobre a Vaga – Daily Banker

O Daily Banker é o braço operacional do assessor comercial. Seu papel é garantir agilidade, excelência e organização nos processos do dia a dia, permitindo que os assessores estejam 100% focados no relacionamento e geração de negócios com o cliente.

🔎 Responsabilidades

  • Abertura e acompanhamento de contas;
  • Apoio no onboarding e ativação de clientes;
  • Organização de documentação e diligências;
  • Apoio nas rotinas de cadastro e movimentações operacionais via HUB e CRM XP;
  • Interface com o time de Middle Office e demais mesas da Nippur (RV, RF, FICC, Previdência etc.);
  • Follow-ups com clientes e registro em CRM;
  • Garantir padronização e fluidez dos processos comerciais.

✅ Pré-requisitos

  • Experiência prévia no mercado financeiro ou em rotinas operacionais de investimentos, bancárias ou administrativas;
  • Organização, agilidade e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Certificação ANCORD válida (ou disponibilidade para obter);
  • Disponibilidade para dedicação integral.
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Desejável conhecimento básico em produtos financeiros e rotinas do ecossistema XP.
