🎯 Sobre a Vaga – Assistente/Estágio de Marketing

Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, proativa e comunicativa para apoiar as rotinas operacionais do setor de Marketing, contribuindo para a organização de eventos, gestão de materiais, controle de orçamentos e suporte às demandas das regionais. Seu papel será garantir agilidade, excelência e organização nos processos, colaborando para que as iniciativas do time aconteçam com eficiência.

🔎 Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar o planejamento, a organização e a logística de eventos internos e externos;
  • Solicitar, acompanhar e organizar orçamentos para produção de materiais e contratação de fornecedores;
  • Apoiar o controle administrativo e financeiro do setor, incluindo pagamentos, comprovantes, notas fiscais e demais documentos;
  • Controlar o estoque de brindes e materiais institucionais;
  • Organizar e realizar o envio de materiais para as regionais, acompanhando prazos e entregas;
  • Dar suporte às demandas operacionais do time de Marketing, contribuindo para a fluidez dos processos;
  • Auxiliar na criação e organização de convites e materiais simples para eventos, quando necessário.

✅ Pré-requisitos

  • Estar cursando Administração, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação ou áreas afins;
  • Organização, agilidade e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Responsabilidade com prazos e capacidade de acompanhar diferentes demandas simultaneamente;
  • Disponibilidade para dedicação compatível com a modalidade da vaga.

💡 Diferenciais

  • Experiência prévia com organização de eventos ou rotinas administrativo-financeiras;
  • Conhecimento em programas de edição de imagem para criação de convites e materiais simples;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de tarefas, como Pipefy e Notion;
  • Facilidade para lidar com fornecedores, organizar informações e acompanhar processos.
