🎯 Sobre a Vaga – Assistente Fiscal/Contábil

Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar no apoio às rotinas financeiras, fiscais e contábeis da Nippur, contribuindo para a organização dos processos, conferência das informações e cumprimento dos prazos da área. A posição terá atuação bastante operacional e será importante para dar suporte à rotina financeira e contábil, garantindo que os lançamentos, documentos e informações estejam corretos e organizados.

🔎 Principais responsabilidades

Apoiar nas rotinas financeiras, fiscais e contábeis da empresa;

Realizar emissão e conferência de notas fiscais;

Conferir documentos fiscais e identificar possíveis divergências;

Apoiar na conferência e fechamento da DRE contábil, garantindo que as informações estejam corretamente classificadas e lançadas;

Realizar lançamentos e conferências financeiras;

Organizar documentos e informações para a contabilidade;

Auxiliar no levantamento e organização de informações e relatórios financeiros;

Apoiar demais demandas financeiras e contábeis relacionadas à área.

✅ Pré-requisitos

Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Ciências Contábeis;

Experiência ou conhecimento em rotinas financeiras, fiscais e/ou contábeis;

Conhecimento básico/intermediário de contabilidade e DRE;

Conhecimento em Excel;

Boa capacidade de organização e atenção aos detalhes;

Facilidade para trabalhar com números, documentos e conferências;

Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
