Je maakt scherpe keuzes, bouwt aan sterke relaties en draagt zichtbaar bij aan een gezonde, rendabele en toekomstbestendige portefeuille.

Wat je gaat doen

Als Agrarisch Acceptant & Portefeuillebeheerder krijg je de ruimte om inhoudelijke expertise en commercieel inzicht te combineren. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor adviseurs en interne stakeholders en maakt keuzes die goed zijn voor de klant én de portefeuille. Je:

  • beoordeelt en accepteert agrarische verzekeringsaanvragen en vertaalt complexe risico’s naar heldere, goed onderbouwde besluiten
  • adviseert over dekkingen, voorwaarden en premies en voert hierover overtuigende, commerciële gesprekken met adviseurs
  • stuurt actief op rendement, kwaliteit en duurzame groei en benut kansen om nieuwe en bestaande relaties verder te ontwikkelen
  • signaleert marktontwikkelingen, trends en knelpunten en zet data, technologie en AI in om de portefeuille en onze werkwijze continu te verbeteren

Wat je meebrengt

  • Je combineert analytische scherpte met commercieel inzicht. Je durft besluiten te nemen, ziet kansen in de markt en weet vakinhoudelijke keuzes overtuigend uit te leggen. Daarbij houd je steeds de balans tussen klantbelang, risico en rendement
  • Ervaring met agrarische verzekeringen en/of agrarische risico’s en gevoel voor de dynamiek van de agrarische markt
  • Een commerciële en klantgerichte instelling: je ziet kansen, bouwt relaties op en voert overtuigende gesprekken met adviseurs
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om data en digitale oplossingen praktisch toe te passen
  • Een proactieve, ondernemende en veranderingsgerichte houding, waarbij je gemakkelijk schakelt tussen acceptatie en portefeuillebeheer
  • Wft Schade Zakelijk en de Leergang Brandverzekering (Branche Brand), of de bereidheid om de vereiste kwalificaties te behalen

Met wie je werkt

Je komt te werken in het team Agrarisch & Portefeuillebeheer: een betrokken team van 19 collega’s, van wie 10 zich richten op agrarische verzekeringen en 9 op portefeuillebeheer. We delen kennis, zoeken actief de samenwerking op en geven elkaar ruimte om initiatief te nemen. Binnen het agrarische segment werken we met een breed productaanbod, van gebouwen tot aansprakelijkheid. Zo combineren we specialistische vakkennis met commerciële slagkracht, aandacht voor de klant en een scherpe blik op portefeuillekwaliteit en innovatie.
