Wat je gaat doen

Als medewerker van het medisch secretariaat binnen het team Medisch Advies van de afdeling Personenschade bij Nationale Nederlanden, val je onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de medisch adviseur. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor diverse administratieve taken binnen het medische domein, zoals het verwerken van medische post en e-mails.

Daarnaast bied je, wanneer nodig, secretariële ondersteuning aan de medisch adviseurs, zoals het inplannen van afspraken en het uitwerken van medische documenten. Je handelt volgens de beroepscode voor geneeskundig adviseurs.

Wat je meebrengt

Je bent een administratief medewerker die affiniteit heeft met de letselschadebranche of de medische sector en je weet hoe om te gaan met vertrouwelijk informatie. Ook ben je iemand die meer dan gemiddeld flexibel is (omdat er met strakke deadlines wordt gewerkt). Je hebt kennis van medische terminologie en kunt helder communiceren, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Je bent zelfstandig, accuraat en betrokken. Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis zelfvertrouwen om je eigen zaken op te lossen. Daarnaast wordt er van je verwacht dat je proactief bent in het signaleren van verbeterpunten en het doen van voorstellen om het medisch-administratieve proces te optimaliseren.

Verder vinden we het belangrijk dat je in bezit bent van en beschikt over:

  • Minimaal afgeronde MBO+ opleiding
  • Affiniteit met personenschade en/of de medisch sector
  • Kennis van administratieve processen
  • Uitstekende ervaring met MS Office en in staat zijn om jezelf snel eigen te maken in diverse (administratie) systemen

Met wie je werkt

Je bent werkzaam in het team Medisch Advies binnen NN Personenschade. Het team Medisch Advies is een hechte groep van 20 deskundige collega's. We werken nauw samen om hoogwaardig medisch advies te leveren en onze letselschadebehandelaren te ondersteunen bij het afhandelen van hun schadeclaims. In onze stimulerende werkomgeving staan expertise, samenwerking en professionaliteit centraal.
