Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Hľadáme skúseného a ambiciózneho compliance profesionála/profesionálku, ktorý/á nechce byť iba kontrolórom pravidiel. Chceme partnera/partnerku pre biznis a manažment, ktorý/a pomáha nastavovať férové riešenia, chráni klienta a dokáže veci posúvať vpred.

Čo bude tvojou misiou:

· Byť partnerom/partnerkou manažmentu a biznisu pri rozhodnutiach s compliance a reputačným dopadom.

· Chrániť záujmy klientov a presadzovať férové, zrozumiteľné a udržateľné riešenia.

· Posudzovať klientskú a produktovú dokumentáciu, distribučné procesy a marketingovú komunikáciu.

· Pretavovať nové regulačné požiadavky do praktických a funkčných procesov spoločnosti.

· Identifikovať compliance riziká, navrhovať primerané opatrenia a sledovať ich realizáciu.

· Spolupracovať na medzinárodných projektoch s kolegami v rámci skupiny NN.

Minimálne dosiahnuté vzdelanie

vysokoškolské I. stupňa

Vzdelanie v obore

právo, ekonómia, technické alebo prírodné vedy a iné

Jazykové znalosti

Anglický jazyk - Stredne pokročilý (B2)

Ostatné znalosti

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

Hľadáme do tímu kolegu / kolegyňu so skúsenosťami ideálne vo finančnom sektore.

Ak máš tieto vlastnosti, si náš ideálny fit:

· Máš aspoň rok relevantnej praxe v compliance, regulácii, práve, risk manažmente alebo ochrane spotrebiteľa.

· Rozumieš tomu, že kvalitné compliance nie je o hľadaní dôvodov, prečo sa niečo nedá, ale o nastavení bezpečnej a férovej cesty, ako sa to dá.

· Dokážeš rýchlo pochopiť problém, pomenovať podstatné riziká a obhájiť svoj odborný názor.

· Si samostatný/á, proaktívny/a a dotiahneš veci do výsledku bez straty kvality.

· Vieš komunikovať profesionálne a partnersky aj s náročnými stakeholdermi.

· Angličtinu ovládaš minimálne na úrovni B2 a bežne pracuješ s nástrojmi Microsoft.

Mzda:

Pracovná pozícia je otvorená všetkým uchádzačkám a uchádzačom a to bez ohľadu na ich pohlavie. Nástupná mzda je v rozpätí od 2000€ do 2200€ v hrubom mesačne a je definovaná na základe objektívnych kritérií, ktoré zahŕňajú zložitosť, zodpovednosť, namáhavosť, pracovné podmienky, pričom sa prihliada aj na mäkké zručnosti (najmä sociálne a komunikačné schopnosti). Súčasťou odmeňovania je aj široká škála benefitov a ročný bonus ktorého výška sa odvíja od splnenia stanovených ročných cieľov.S uchádzačom/uchádzačkou bude pred uzatvorením pracovnej zmluvy vedené informované a transparentné rokovanie o odmene, vrátane informácie o konkrétnej výške nástupnej mzdy.
