Arquiteto PL/SR - Jacarepaguá - RJ

‍Tarefas

Será responsável por acompanhar o desenvolvimento dos projetos executivos feitos por equipes externas até a liberação dos projetos para a obra, esse acompanhamento será através das atividades de:

- Desenvolver projeto de arquitetura, do anteprojeto ao detalhamento, através do REVIT , SKETCHUP ou CAD.

- Analisar e criticar os projetos desenvolvidos e entregues por terceiros;

- Cobrar atendimento aos padrões da empresa;

- Cobrar andamento de acordo com cronograma de projeto;

- Fornecer as informações necessárias aos envolvidos no projeto;

- Esclarecer dúvidas da equipe de projetistas ou da equipe de obra

- Realizar pagamento da equipe terceirizada de acordo com o trabalho realizado 

Responsabilidades:

- Reconhecer possíveis problemas e incompatibilidades nos projetos recebidos e encontrar soluções junto à equipe de projetistas para saná-los antes da liberação à obra.

Conhecimentos:

- Conhecimentos em desenvolvimento de projetos executivos, preferencialmente em escritório de arquitetura (com foco em grandes obras e atendimento de construtoras) - Min 7 anos

- Necessário Revit avançado

- Necessário AutoCad e/ou SketchUp;

- Conhecimento em Excel



Diferenciais:

- Experiência em construtora na área de projetos técnicos ou projetos executivos;

- Conhecimento do MS Project

- Ensino superior em Arquitetura

Horário de trabalho: 9 horas diárias

Remuneração: R$ 8.000,00 - Contratação PJ
