Atualmente existem 200 franquias nas 5 regiões do Brasil atendendo mais 2000 clientes entre pequenos negócios até multinacionais.

A Vaga:

BDR Pré Vendas B2B Júnior | Curitiba - PR 

‍Tarefas:

  • Realizar o processo de prospecção ativa/Cold Call, a fim de gerar novas oportunidades de vendas;
  • Efetuar muitas ligações diárias;
  • Realizar o mapeamento de empresas que possam ser potenciais clientes;
  • Gerar listas para entrar em contato;
  • Agendar reuniões para os Executivos de Vendas (Closer);
  • Acompanhar métricas e dados a fim de obter melhorias no processo;
  • Fazer a gestão do CRM.

Responsabilidades:

  • Manter o trabalho organizado dentro das ferramentas de prospecção;
  • Interagir com a equipe e com o Head sugerindo melhorias na forma de execução das tarefas e processos;
  • Buscar ser especialista em prospecção de parceiros;
  • Entender a necessidade e objetivos de cada cliente para melhor alinhamento de recursos para ele.

Experiência, Conhecimentos e Competências:

  • Já ter atuado com atendimento ao cliente;
  • Habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita;
  • Gostar muito de falar ao telefone
  • Ser usuário e ter habilidade para uso da informática e tecnologia.
  • Ser dinâmico;
  • Saber lidar com negações de clientes;
  • Rápido aprendizado, capacidade de assimilar, aprender processos em um ambiente de trabalho dinâmico;
  • Alegria na voz: É necessária para um bom atendimento.
  • Resiliência: Para trabalhar com metas é necessário.
  • Força de vontade; Ambiente propício para um crescimento fora da curva. Quanto mais se dedicar, mais terá resultados.
  • Otimismo acima da média: Vão ter dias de muitas vendas, outros, nem tanto.
  • Inteligência emocional: Saber lidar com as suas emoções é a chave pro sucesso.
  • Ser comunicativo: Um bom vendedor precisa ser comunicativo, esclarecedor e capaz de criar um excelente relacionamento com os clientes.
  • Coachability: Saiba aprender com os feedbacks, eles são necessários para o seu crescimento.

Formação:

  • Ensino superior cursando.

O que buscamos para iniciar o processo:

  • Experiência prévia em vendas consultivas.

Horário de trabalho: Flexível dentro da janela do horário comercial.

Remuneração: R$ 1500,00 + Comissão + ajuda de custo - contratação PJ
