A ConnectPlug é um ecossistema de soluções para gestão de foodservice e varejo. Produtos como Frente de caixa (PDV), autoatendimento, delivery, cardápio digital, programa de fidelidade entre outros módulos.

Desde 2021 a ConnectPlug faz parte do grupo Locaweb Company.

A Vaga:  SDR - Comercial - Curitiba - PR

‍Tarefas:

  • Fazer contato ativo com clientes que se cadastram no site;
  • Fazer pre vendas, qualificando e engajando o lead, despertando o interesse para uma demonstração;
  • Garantir os critérios mínimos dos leads entrantes e fazer o agendamento eficiente para o time de vendas;
  • Alimentar o CRM, mantendo as informações atualizadas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prestar um excelente atendimento ao cliente, sendo empático, simpático e paciente;
  • Buscar ser resolutivo.

Conhecimentos:

  • Experiência em funções de atendimento ao cliente;
  • Necessário gostar de atuar na área comercial com produto de tecnologia.

Formação: Ensino superior ou técnico em andamento nas áreas Administrativas, Administração, Processos Gerencias, Gestão Comercial, dentre outros!

Horário de trabalho: Segundas a Sextas - 8 horas/dia

Remuneração: R$ 1.700,00 + bonificação sobre metas (aprox. R$ 600,00)  Benefícios:

  • VR: R$ 22,00 /dia - desconto de 10% - cartão flash
  • VT ou ajuda de R$ 70,00 de estacionamento
  • Plano de Saúde com coparticipação
