NOVIPRO, un partenaire majeur d'Infor, recherche actuellement un Consultant en Solutions d'Affaires pour l'implémentation de logiciels ERP, spécifiquement dans les modules financiers d'Infor Syteline / CSI. Le rôle principal de ce poste est de guider nos clients dans l'adoption et l'optimisation de leurs systèmes de gestion intégrée.

Responsabilités :

Agir à titre de consultant en implantation de systèmes ERP, spécialisé dans les modules financiers. Intégrer le logiciel ERP Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (SyteLine) chez les clients de NOVIPRO. Analyser les processus existants et proposer des recommandations basées sur les meilleures pratiques du secteur. Identifier les points forts et les opportunités d'amélioration propres à chaque client. Rédiger des cahiers des charges fonctionnels pour personnaliser les logiciels, et réaliser les tests fonctionnels. Former les utilisateurs clés et les utilisateurs finaux si nécessaire. Accompagner ces utilisateurs lors des ateliers de travail et des pilotages intégrés. Supporter les démarcations qui se produisent habituellement les fins de semaine. Offrir un support client continu. Participer à des projets variés en travaillant régulièrement chez les clients. Soutenir l'équipe de ventes dans la préparation et la présentation des solutions aux prospects.

Profil Recherché :

Solide expérience avec les systèmes ERP. Maîtrise du cycle comptable complet, y compris les KPI et le calcul des coûts. Capacité à comprendre les contraintes commerciales et technologiques des clients, et à proposer des solutions adaptées. Esprit d'apprentissage rapide, ouverture à explorer des solutions novatrices et aptitude à collaborer au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire. Compétences en gestion du changement. Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité ou équivalent. Connaissance des logiciels de gestion intégrée et de leurs modules financiers. Connaissance d'Infor Syteline et de ses modules (un atout). Au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la comptabilité, des finances et de la consultation d’implantation ERP. Disponibilité pour des déplacements chez les clients. Bilinguisme (français et anglais) pour servir une clientèle au Québec et en Ontario Expérience dans le secteur manufacturier
