Le Développeur IaC joue un rôle clé dans la transformation de l’entreprise vers une culture d’observabilité avancée et d’ingénierie moderne. Il conçoit, développe et automatise des solutions d’infrastructure et d’observabilité en s’appuyant sur les pratiques d’Infrastructure as Code (IaC) et Everything as Code (XaC).

Ce poste combine développement logiciel, automatisation, architecture cloud et accompagnement des équipes dans l’adoption de pratiques reconnues de l’industrie.

Transformation & observabilité

  • Supporter et accélérer la vision d’observabilité au sein de l’organisation
  • Favoriser l’adoption de pratiques modernes (observabilité, automation, DevOps)
  • Participer activement à la transformation technologique et culturelle de l’entreprise

Développement & automatisation

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des solutions d’observabilité (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting)
  • Développer du code (Python, Terraform, etc.) pour PoC, PoT et solutions de production
  • Automatiser les déploiements et la configuration via IaC (Terraform, Helm, etc.)
  • Implémenter de nouvelles fonctionnalités dans les plateformes d’observabilité existantes

Architecture & solutions cloud

  • Participer à la conception et au design d’architectures cloud (AWS principalement)
  • Collaborer avec les équipes pour bâtir des solutions scalables, sécurisées et résilientes
  • Appliquer les principes API-driven et GitOps

Support & amélioration continue

  • Assurer le support des plateformes et solutions d’observabilité
  • Adopter une mentalité d’amélioration continue (Lean, ingénierie logicielle)
  • Identifier et implémenter des optimisations techniques et opérationnelles

Coaching & leadership technique

  • Accompagner et coacher les équipes dans leur cheminement vers l’observabilité
  • Offrir des formations (formelles et informelles) adaptées aux besoins
  • Agir comme facilitateur et leader technique dans les initiatives transversales
  • Mener des initiatives de veille technologique
  • Produire et présenter des preuves de concepts (PoC, PoV)
  • Explorer des opportunités liées à l’IA et aux nouvelles technologies

Le candidat évoluera dans un environnement agile et moderne :

  • TDD / BDD / ATDD (tests automatisés)
  • Scrum, Kanban, SAFe (avec possibilité d’endosser des rôles PO ou Scrum Master)
  • CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery)
  • GitOps
  • Lean Software Development
  • API-driven & Everything as Code (XaC)

Profil

  • Solide expérience en Infrastructure as Code (Terraform fortement souhaité)
  • Expérience en observabilité (logs, métriques, monitoring, alerting)
  • Connaissance approfondie des environnements AWS
  • Maîtrise de Python (ou langage équivalent)
  • Expérience en design d’architecture cloud
  • Bonne connaissance des pratiques de génie logiciel : Code quality, code review Versioning et branching model Tests automatisés
  • Expérience avec Kubernetes et Helm
  • Forte autonomie et leadership naturel
  • Curiosité et esprit d’innovation
  • Capacité à apprendre et s’adapter rapidement
  • Ouverture à la rétroaction et intelligence contextuelle
  • Patience et capacité à accompagner des équipes en transformation
  • Compréhension de la dynamique humaine et organisationnelle
  • Habiletés politiques (navigation organisationnelle, influence, collaboration)
