Description d'emploi : Coordonnateur TI

Lieu : Montréal, Complexe Desjardins

**Contexte :** L'organisation est en pleine transformation numérique et effectue une réorganisation complète du département TI. Avec plusieurs projets en cours, notre client recherche un coordonnateur TI pour décharger le directeur TI de la gestion de l’équipe de soutien. Ce poste est essentiel pour aider le client à naviguer cette période de changements et à assurer le succès de nos projets.

**Responsabilités :** - Prendre en charge l'infrastructure et l’applicatif.

- Gérer une équipe de soutien (technicien et support applicatif) à l'interne ou chez le fournisseur externe

- Coordonner les interactions avec l'équipe de support technique chez le fournisseur externe

- Superviser la livraison de plusieurs projets dont la restructuration de la sécurité, la conformité à la loi C25, la refonte de la billetterie, l’externalisation de l’infrastructure, la mise en place de systèmes comptables, CRM, et d’applications bureautiques.

- Jouer un rôle de chef d’équipe et de mentor pour développer les compétences et l’efficacité de l’équipe.

- Travailler dans un environnement Windows classique avec un peu de Linux (si pas d'expérience en Linux, ce n'est pas un problème), principalement sur O365 et Azure, dans un cloud hybride.

**Exigences :** - Expérience variée dans plusieurs environnements TI - Expérience pratique (hands-on) indispensable. - Compétence démontrée en gestion d’équipes et de projets TI. - Débrouillardise et capacité à travailler de manière autonome. - Présentiel requis 4 à 5 jours par semaine
