Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Comercial – Corretora de Seguros que terá as seguintes responsabilidades:

  • Preparar cotações e propostas comerciais de menor complexidade, seguindo critérios internos e orientações da liderança;
  • Acompanhar renovações de seguros, vencimentos e pendências comerciais;
  • Manter agendas, controles e informações comerciais devidamente atualizados;
  • Conferir dados e documentos antes do encaminhamento aos clientes ou seguradoras;
  • Apoiar as rotinas de atendimento e relacionamento com clientes;
  • Realizar acompanhamentos e follow-ups relacionados às demandas comerciais;
  • Identificar e sinalizar oportunidades de venda cruzada;
  • Comunicar possíveis riscos de cancelamento e reclamações recorrentes;
  • Apoiar os profissionais mais experientes nas demandas operacionais e comerciais;
  • Cumprir os padrões internos de atendimento, comunicação e proteção de dados.

Local: Indaiatuba - SP.

Formato: Presencial.

Horário: 08h ás 17h30 Segunda a Sexta.

Requisitos essenciais

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com postura cordial e orientada ao cliente;
  • Organização e disciplina para acompanhamento de demandas, prazos e informações;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com controles, documentos e rotinas administrativas e comerciais;
  • Atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade na conferência de informações;
  • Comprometimento com padrões de atendimento, sigilo e proteção de dados;
  • Interesse em aprender e desenvolver carreira no segmento de seguros.

Requisitos desejáveis

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento;
  • Experiência anterior de 1 a 2 anos em corretoras de seguros, seguradoras ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento de rotinas de atendimento comercial, cotações, propostas e renovações;
  • Familiaridade com CRM, follow-up e acompanhamento de clientes;
  • Experiência com emissão de documentos, controles comerciais ou processos relacionados a seguros;
  • Vivência com relacionamento com clientes e identificação de oportunidades comerciais.
