Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Sistemas que terá atuação com liderança técnica de equipe, gestão de fornecedores/fábrica de software, levantamento de requisitos, homologação e evolução de sistemas corporativos.:

📌 RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPAIS

🧩 Liderança Técnica & Gestão

  • Liderar tecnicamente a equipe de desenvolvimento, acompanhando desempenho e produtividade individual;
  • Atuar como gestor técnico, orientando decisões arquiteturais, boas práticas e qualidade de código;
  • Monitorar e organizar a priorização de demandas técnicas e evolutivas.

📝 Requisitos & Documentação

  • Elaborar documentos detalhados de requisitos para melhorias e evoluções do sistema, seguindo o padrão definido;
  • Revisar documentos de erros e falhas elaborados pela equipe, validando evidências antes do envio à fábrica de software.

🔄 Interface com Fábrica de Software & Fornecedores

  • Atuar como principal interface entre cliente, time interno e fábrica de software;
  • Abrir, acompanhar e controlar chamados técnicos e demandas de desenvolvimento;
  • Participar ativamente de sprints, discussões técnicas e novos projetos;
  • Validar entregas, fornecer feedback técnico e acompanhar correções;
  • Interface com fornecedores de infraestrutura/servidores, monitorando performance, segurança e disponibilidade.

🧪 Qualidade, Testes & Automação

  • Realizar testes manuais e automatizados em homologação e produção;
  • Desenvolver, manter e acompanhar testes automatizados utilizando Cypress, GitLab, Jira e sistema próprio;
  • Registrar resultados, indicadores de qualidade e apresentar reports à liderança.

🆘 Suporte Técnico (N3)

  • Atuar no atendimento N3, orientando clientes externos sobre dúvidas técnicas e funcionamento do sistema;
  • Apoiar o time interno na resolução de chamados técnicos complexos.

🤖 Visão de Inovação & IA

  • Contribuir com visão estratégica para implementação de soluções baseadas em inovação(IA) no aplicativo e na aplicação WEB;
  • Avaliar oportunidades de automação, melhoria de processos e evolução tecnológica da plataforma.

Obs.: Necessário conhecimento em APIs, considerando que o sistema possui integrações via API com plataformas externas.

HORÁRIO: Das 8h00 às 17h00, de segunda a sexta-feira.

FORMATO: Presencial.

LOCAL: Na Vila Pompéia, a 20 minutos do Metro Sumaré (linha verde), próximo à Av. Paulista.

REQUISITOS:

  • Experiência na especificação de requisitos de melhorias em sistemas;
  • Experiência prévia no suporte a usuários de sistemas;
  • Experiência em interações com fornecedores de software (entregas de fábrica de software);
  • Conhecimento em testes manuais e automatizados;
  • Desejável experiência com GITLab;
  • Desejável experiência com API de integração entre sistemas;
  • Desejável experiência em processos de refatoração de sistemas para microsserviços;
  • Graduação completa em Sistemas de Informação, Gestão em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
