Principais Responsabilidades

Receber as solicitações de compras geradas pelas áreas internas por meio do sistema ERP. Conferir a descrição dos materiais, quantidades, prazos de entrega e centro de custo. Entrar em contato com o requisitante quando houver informações incompletas ou dúvidas sobre as especificações. Solicitar cotações aos fornecedores cadastrados. Elaborar mapas comparativos de preços, prazos de entrega e condições de pagamento, preferencialmente com, no mínimo, três cotações. Realizar negociações iniciais de preço, prazo e condições comerciais para compras de menor complexidade, com acompanhamento do gestor. Emitir Ordens de Compra (OC) no sistema ERP após a aprovação da proposta. Encaminhar a Ordem de Compra ao fornecedor e obter o aceite formal. Acompanhar os prazos de entrega junto aos fornecedores e manter as áreas internas informadas sobre o status dos pedidos. Realizar o cadastro de novos fornecedores, reunindo documentação, dados bancários e certidões. Conferir notas fiscais, verificando se valores, quantidades e demais informações estão de acordo com a Ordem de Compra. Tratar divergências relacionadas a preços, quantidades, avarias ou falta de produtos, acionando o fornecedor para as devidas correções.

Jornada de Trabalho

Segunda a quinta-feira: das 7h30 às 17h00. Sexta-feira: das 7h30 às 16h30.

Modelo de trabalho: Presencial.

Vivência em empresas do mesmo segmento ou experiência com compras de materiais elétricos ou produtos similares. Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Administração de Empresas, Logística, Gestão Comercial, Economia ou Ciências Contábeis. Experiência mínima de 6 meses na área de compras. Conhecimento em sistemas integrados (ERP). Pacote Office completo, com Excel em nível intermediário. Noções básicas de tributação (ICMS, IPI, PIS e COFINS), compreendendo seu impacto na composição dos custos.
