¿Qué buscamos en Nubox?

Construir features de producto inteligentes sobre modelos fundacionales (Claude, GPT, Gemini), trabajando como pareja de misión con un Product Engineer. El AI Engineer es dueño de la implementación técnica: arquitectura de la solución, integración con el stack existente, calidad del código, evals del modelo y observabilidad en producción. Opera bajo el modelo Centaur — usa agentes de IA como primer ejecutor y aporta el juicio técnico humano para validar, refinar y asegurar la integridad del sistema.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

→ Implementar features de producto que usan modelos fundacionales: asistentes inteligentes, automatización de procesos, conciliación, clasificación, generación de documentos, y otros casos de uso del dominio contable-tributario

→ Diseñar la arquitectura técnica de cada solución: decidir patrones (RAG, agentic workflows, fine-tuning, prompt chains), seleccionar modelos, definir contratos de API

→ Construir y mantener pipelines de evals: golden datasets, regression suites, métricas de calidad del modelo en producción

→ Integrar las soluciones con el stack existente de Nubox: APIs, bases de datos, servicios internos, cumpliendo estándares de seguridad y performance

→ Trabajar como pareja de misión con un Product Engineer: recibir specs, proponer approach técnico, iterar juntos sobre la solución, y entregar incrementos funcionales frecuentes

→ Implementar observabilidad de modelo: trazas de prompts y completions, latencia, costo por request, detección de drift y alucinaciones

→ Escribir tests rigurosos (unitarios, integración, evals) y participar activamente en code review

→ Participar en la demo semanal mostrando progreso técnico tangible

→ Mantenerse actualizado en el estado del arte de LLMs, frameworks agénticos y best practices de AI engineering

Responsabilidades gestionadas con IA

🤖 → Usa agentes de coding (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) como primer ejecutor: scaffolding, implementación de features, generación de tests y documentación

🤖 → Delega refactoring de rutina y generación de boilerplate a agentes, enfocando su tiempo en diseño de arquitectura y validación de calidad

🤖 → Utiliza agentes AI QA para ejecutar regression suites y hallucination checks antes de abrir PRs

🤖 → Aprovecha agentes para exploración paralela: genera múltiples approaches de solución simultáneamente y evalúa cuál es óptima

¿Qué necesitas para postular?

MUST HAVE:

• +2 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software con lenguajes como Python, TypeScript o Go

• Experiencia construyendo aplicaciones sobre LLMs/modelos fundacionales: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector stores

• Conocimiento sólido de APIs REST, bases de datos (SQL y NoSQL), y patrones de integración

• Experiencia con frameworks de IA: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, o equivalentes

• Capacidad para escribir tests y evals — no solo código funcional, sino validación rigurosa del output de modelos

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experiencia con fine-tuning de modelos y MLOps básico

• Conocimiento de infraestructura cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes

• Experiencia con AI observability (LangSmith, Helicone, Arize)

• Background en dominio contable, tributario o financiero

• Experiencia con MCP (Model Context Protocol) y agentic patterns avanzados
