En Suma+ (el grupo SaaS líder detrás de Nubox 🇨🇱, Colppy 🇦🇷 y Bind 🇲🇽) buscamos a nuestro próximo Data Engineer.

¿Cuál será tu impacto y responsabilidades?

  • Construir a escala: Ejecutarás desarrollos en nuestro lakehouse federado multi-región, asegurando inmutabilidad y calidad con testing automático.
  • Empoderar al negocio: Explotarás nuestra capa semántica para que 10 dominios de negocio, APIs y agentes de IA consuman métricas certificadas de forma autónoma.
  • Potenciar datos con IA: Integrarás flujos agénticos con gobernanza. Usarás IA para clasificar datos PII, sintetizar linaje ante incidentes y optimizar costos (DPU-horas).
  • Tus grandes desafíos (KPIs): Lograr freshness en horas (no días), resolución ágil de incidentes (MTTR) y un lead time a producción sin fricciones.

Integración de IA (Flujos Agénticos):

  • Generar alertas automáticas de calidad por incumplimiento de SLA o umbrales de rechazo.
  • Clasificar automáticamente nuevos campos por su nivel de sensibilidad PII en el catálogo de datos.
  • Sintetizar árboles de linaje para acelerar el diagnóstico de incidentes de calidad.
  • Sugerir optimizaciones de particionado y caché para reducir las DPU-horas trimestralmente.

Métricas de Impacto (KPIs):

  • Freshness en horas, no días (Bronze → Gold).
  • Resolución ágil de incidentes del backlog actual (MTTR).
  • Lead time (Desarrollo → Producción) de entregas rápidas y sin fricción.

¿Qué necesitas para el éxito? (Must have)

  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en Data Engineering (Datalake/Warehouse en producción).
  • Dominio en modelado a escala, testing y linaje de datos.
  • Experiencia diseñando o manteniendo capas semánticas (Cube.dev, dbt o similar).
  • Bases sólidas en Gobernanza: Data Contracts, manejo de catálogos y PII.

Suma puntos si tienes (Nice to have)

  • Experiencia con flujos orientados a IA, agentes (RAG, Feature Stores) o contribuciones Open Source.
  • Certificación Cloud (AWS Data Eng o equivalente).
