Entregamos soluciones tecnológicas con aplicaciones de contabilidad, nomina y factura electrónica, permitiéndoles a las pymes tomar mejores decisiones basadas en información financiera confiable y en tiempo real. Nuestros servicios hoy operan en Nubox Chile, Colppy Argentina y Bind México.

Actualmete estamos en busqueda de un Growth Content Specialist. Tu objetivo principal será generar demanda a través del contenido. Serás el dueño absoluto de la estrategia de contenido por ICP (Perfil de Cliente Ideal) y etapa del funnel, liderando también la dirección creativa. Producirás las piezas clave y te apalancarás en otros recursos (Inteligencia Artificial, practicantes y freelancers) para escalar la producción sin hacerlo todo tú solo. Este es un rol eminentemente creativo donde aportarás el motor de contenido del Growth Flywheel; la IA será tu apoyo, pero nunca reemplazará tu criterio creativo.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

  • Definir la estrategia de contenido por ICP (PYME y Contador) y etapa del funnel: qué se dice, en qué canal y para qué.
  • Llevar la dirección creativa, definiendo ángulos, formatos y estándares de calidad.
  • Producir y orquestar el contenido orgánico en canales actuales y nuevos, con un fuerte foco en SEO y búsqueda como fuente de demanda.
  • Alimentar con contenido y creatividades a las áreas de Paid Media y comunicación a la base instalada.
  • Producir el copy y las piezas de las campañas lifecycle dirigidas a la base de usuarios.
  • Aportar el motor de contenido del Growth Flywheel.

Integración de IA en tu día a día

  • Generar borradores y variantes de contenido por ICP, formato y canal como punto de partida, siempre con revisión humana obligatoria.
  • Adaptar las piezas aprobadas a múltiples formatos y canales, manteniendo intacta la voz de la marca.
  • Sugerir temas, keywords y ángulos creativos a partir de tendencias, búsquedas y performance histórica.
  • Producir los reportes de performance de contenido por canal.

KPIs y Métricas de Éxito

  • Leading indicators (Trimestres 1 a 3): Cadencia y consistencia de publicación por canal; Cobertura de contenido por ICP y etapa del funnel; Rankings, impresiones y engagement orgánico (SEO).
  • Lagging / Métricas de Negocio: MQL orgánico y pipeline influenciado por contenido (a partir de Q4); CAC consolidado (menor dependencia de pauta pagada); MRR; Conversiones asistidas por contenido.

¿Qué necesitas para postular?

Must Have (Requisitos indispensables)

  • Tener entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en content marketing/growth de contenido en ecosistemas B2B (idealmente en empresas SaaS).
  • Dominio de SEO on-page y content-led growth, entendiendo que la demanda orgánica es un resultado clave.
  • Dirección creativa comprobada: capacidad para definir ángulos, formatos y asegurar el estándar de calidad.
  • Uso avanzado de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial como apoyo a la producción, teniendo el criterio para saber cuándo y cómo intervenir.
  • Habilidades clave (Soft Skills): Creatividad con foco comercial (crear contenido para generar demanda, no solo por crear), capacidad para apalancar y delegar la producción (IA, practicantes, freelance) sin perder la calidad ni la voz de la marca, y un alto criterio editorial frente a los outputs de la IA.

  • Experiencia previa trabajando en el ecosistema contable o de PYMEs en Chile.
  • Habilidades en la edición de video corto.
  • Experiencia previa coordinando a practicantes o creadores freelance de contenido.
