Entregamos soluciones tecnológicas con aplicaciones de contabilidad, nomina y factura electrónica, permitiéndoles a las pymes tomar mejores decisiones basadas en información financiera confiable y en tiempo real. Nuestros servicios hoy operan en Nubox Chile, Colppy Argentina y Bind México.

El objetivo de este rol es desarrollar y mantener funcionalidades de producto sobre modelos fundacionales dentro del modelo Mission Pair, con foco en venta digital. Trabajarás bajo la guía del Self Service Specialist y en colaboración directa con un Product Engineer. Tu alcance será gestionar features y bugs dentro de una misión asignada. Serás responsable de recibir trabajo delegado y llevarlo end-to-end hasta producción, utilizando agentes de IA como primer ejecutor y aportando tu juicio técnico humano para validar y responder por la entrega

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

  • Desarrollar features y resolver bugs asignados por el Self Service Specialist y el Product Engineer, cumpliendo los estándares de calidad y los patrones de IA definidos por el squad.
  • Trabajar junto a un Self Service Specialist para recibir contexto de negocio, traducirlo en implementación técnica y entregar incrementos funcionales.
  • Comunicar proactivamente el avance, los riesgos y los bloqueos de tus entregas.
  • Integrar features sobre los pipelines de IA existentes del squad (RAG, prompt chains, servicios de modelo) siguiendo los contratos definidos.
  • Ejecutar las suites de evals existentes sobre las features que desarrollas y actuar sobre los resultados antes de abrir un PR.
  • Revisar y validar el output generado por agentes de IA antes de integrarlo al código.
  • Escribir tests unitarios y de integración para lo que desarrollas, incluyendo cobertura del código generado por IA.
  • Participar en code reviews, documentar decisiones técnicas en la base de conocimiento y mostrar tu progreso en la demo semanal.

IA en el Rol

  • Construcción de features con agentes: Usarás agentes de IA para construir features de ciclo completo (implementación funcional end-to-end, no solo scaffolding o tests), revisando y validando todo el output antes de commitearlo.
  • Debugging asistido: Utilizarás agentes para analizar logs y stack traces, y propondrás fixes validando la solución antes de aplicarla.
  • Documentación asistida: Emplearás agentes para generar documentación técnica de las features que implementas, revisando su precisión y completitud.

¿Qué necesitas para postular? Must Have:

  • +2 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software profesional.
  • Dominio de al menos un lenguaje backend (Python, Java, C#, Node.js) y un framework frontend (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular).
  • Experiencia usando herramientas de AI-assisted coding (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) en un flujo de trabajo real.
  • Conocimientos prácticos en prompt engineering y consumo de APIs de modelos de lenguaje (LLMs)
  • Manejo de bases de datos relacionales y desarrollo o integración de servicios a través de APIs REST.
  • Aplicación de buenas prácticas en pruebas de software (testing).
  • Experiencia con Git, CI/CD básico y flujos de trabajo en equipo.

Nice to Have:

  • Experiencia en empresas SaaS B2B o en productos de ventas Self Service.
  • Experiencia en sistemas de autenticación/autorización y en integración con pasarelas de pago y sistemas de facturación.
  • Haber trabajado con RAG, embeddings o vector stores a nivel de uso.
  • Conocimientos arquitectura de microservicios.
  • Conocimiento de Docker y Kubernetes básico.
  • Experiencia con observabilidad de aplicaciones (New Relic o equivalente).
  • Experiencia con productos de venta, y con enfoque en growth.
