Nuestros servicios hoy operan en Nubox Chile, Colppy Argentina y Bind México.

Como Especialista en Cobranza (Collections Specialist) tu objetivo será ejecutar labores de cobranza para los distintos tipos de mora, desde previo a la suspensión de la primera factura hasta el vencimiento de 3 facturas, logrando una experiencia de servicio óptima mediante acompañamiento y solución de fricciones. El foco es lograr los objetivos de recupero según procedimientos, políticas y plazos establecidos, mostrando al cliente en cada interacción el valor de los productos Nubox y fomentando su permanencia.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

  • Trabajar la cartera asignada consiguiendo que los clientes sanen su deuda y permanezcan con los servicios contratados.
  • Contactar a clientes asignados, resolver fricciones y entregar alternativas para sanear la deuda desde una metodología consultiva.
  • Dar seguimiento a compromisos adquiridos, respetando los acuerdos a nivel de facturación y contratos.
  • Registrar correctamente los compromisos de pago y resultados de gestión en HubSpot.
  • Mantener actualizados los datos de contacto del cliente para maximizar tasa de contacto efectivo.
  • Coordinar con otras áreas la entrega de propuestas y el servicio a clientes actuales.

KPIs del rol

  • Métricas directas (KRs): Recovery Rate, Tasa de Contacto, Tasa de Recorrido y CSAT.
  • Métricas del negocio que impacta: NRR, Mora UF y Churn

¿Qué necesitas para postular? Must Have:

  • 1-2 años de experiencia como agente de cobranza.
  • Experiencia en atención al cliente outbound B2B.
  • Manejo de cartera de clientes y seguimiento de compromisos.
  • Uso de CRM (HubSpot) para registro

Nice to have:

  • Experiencia en Saas o tecnología.
  • Conocimiento básico de facturación o contabilidad.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de IA.
