Suma + es el grupo Saas líder en la región, buscando transformar la administración de pymes en Latam. Entregamos soluciones tecnológicas con aplicaciones de contabilidad, nomina y factura electrónica, permitiéndoles a las pymes tomar mejores decisiones basadas en información financiera confiable y en tiempo real. Nuestros servicios hoy operan en Nubox Chile, Colppy Argentina y Bind México.

Como Product Engineer, serás el responsable end-to-end de una iniciativa de producto: desde el descubrimiento del problema hasta la entrega en producción y la medición de resultados. Trabajarás en pareja de misión con un AI Engineer; tú definirás el qué, el cómo y el resultado esperado, mientras que el AI Engineer implementará la solución técnica. Este rol es de Contribuidor Individual (IC) con un alto nivel de ownership, donde combinarás tu pensamiento de producto con capacidad técnica para prototipar, diseñar soluciones y validar directamente con usuarios reales.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

  • Liderar iniciativas de producto de punta a punta: discovery, diseño de solución, especificación, prototipado, acompañamiento del delivery y medición post-launch.
  • Escribir specs y PRDs ejecutables que sirvan como insumo directo para el AI Engineer y los agentes de IA.
  • Prototipar rápidamente soluciones (wireframes, mockups funcionales, pruebas de concepto) para validar hipótesis antes de su desarrollo completo.
  • Trabajar codo a codo con tu AI Engineer asignado: definir objetivos, revisar avances y validar la calidad funcional y de UX.
  • Participar en sesiones de discovery con usuarios reales (contadores, pymes) junto al Head del segmento.
  • Presentar el avance en la demo semanal del pilar con progreso tangible, evitando el uso de slides.
  • Medir el impacto de cada iniciativa entregada (adoption, usage, NPS incremental) y proponer iteraciones basadas en datos.
  • Colaborar con el Engineering Manager para asegurar que las soluciones se integren correctamente con la arquitectura existente.

Gestión e Integración con IA

  • Usar agentes de coding (Claude Code, Cursor) para generar prototipos funcionales rápidos y explorar alternativas.
  • Delegar la generación del primer borrador de specs y documentación técnica a agentes, enfocándote en la revisión y refinamiento.
  • Utilizar agentes AI Research para obtener análisis de competencia y benchmarks de UX previos al diseño.
  • Validar con agentes de QA que los criterios de aceptación se cumplan antes de pasar a una revisión humana.

KPIs

  • Impacto de las iniciativas entregadas (adoption, usage).
  • Cycle time de tus iniciativas (desde la idea hasta producción).
  • Calidad de las specs: % que son ejecutables sin necesidad de reescritura por el AI Engineer.
  • Demos semanales entregadas con progreso tangible.
  • Satisfacción de los usuarios en los features bajo tu ownership.
  • Velocidad de iteración post-launch.

¿Qué necesitas para postular? Must Have

  • +3 años de experiencia en roles de producto o ingeniería de producto con ownership de features completas.
  • Capacidad técnica para prototipar, incluyendo manejo de herramientas de diseño (Figma) y/o coding básico para pruebas de concepto.
  • Experiencia escribiendo specs técnicas y PRDs que el equipo de ingeniería pueda ejecutar directamente.
  • Track record de delivery: debes haber llevado features de la idea a producción y medido su impacto.
  • Comodidad trabajando en pareja con ingenieros (actitud de co-creación, sin delegar y desaparecer).

Nice to Have

  • Experiencia previa con LLMs y agentes de IA como herramienta de trabajo diaria.
  • Background en SaaS B2B, idealmente en la vertical contable, tributaria o ERP.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de prototipado avanzadas (Figma + código).
  • Conocimiento de patrones de UX para interfaces probabilísticas impulsadas por IA.
