1. 核心方案参与：深度参与机器人、智能移动底盘、高精度数采设备的硬件架构迭代、器件选型、关键电路方案研讨，跟进新一代机器人硬件平台预研工作。 2. 全流程硬件研发实操：协助完成原理图设计、PCB优化核对、样机电路调试、功能验证与性能测试，全程跟进原型迭代、测试验证，真实参与产品从0到1落地过程。 3. 机器人核心总线实战：参与 EtherCAT、CAN FD、高速以太网、TSN 等机器人实时总线的硬件调试、波形抓取、稳定性优化，掌握机器人运动控制、传感器高速传输核心硬件逻辑。 4. 系统可靠性深耕：协助团队完成硬件EMC抗干扰、热设计、功耗优化、高低温/振动工况可靠性验证，学习量产级硬件设计标准，积累工业级产品落地思维。 5. 前沿技术预研：跟进具身智能、人形机器人前沿硬件方案、感知架构、实时控制技术，输出专项技术调研总结，助力团队技术壁垒搭建。

1. 电子、自动化、测控、机电、微电子等相关专业，基础扎实、愿意深耕硬件技术优先。 2. 熟练掌握模电、数电、电源电路核心基础知识，了解ARM硬件架构，有RK、英伟达、地平线等算力平台项目经验者优先。 3. 熟悉基本原理图、PCB设计工具，了解CAN、以太网等常用通信总线，会使用示波器、电源等调试工具，有硬件调试实战经验者优先。 4. 具备独立思考、问题排查能力。极度热爱具身智能、人形机器人赛道，动手能力强、逻辑清晰、善于复盘总结，愿意长期深耕精品硬件研发。 5.有电子类竞赛获奖者优先，有机器人、智能硬件项目经验加分。
