1、机器人等相关专业，硕士及以上学历优先，2026年毕业； 2、熟悉机器人动力学与控制，包括经典控制理论和现代控制理论；熟悉状态估计，如干扰观测器、KF、EKF等，数学基础好； 3、熟悉谐波减速器、力矩电机、关节力矩传感器等特性； 4、良好的团队合作意识和沟通协调能力，较强的责任心和学习能力，追求卓越的精神； 5、熟练掌握C/C++、MATLAB、Python等编程语言。
