1. 支持人形机器人智能末端执行器-二指夹爪、三指夹爪、灵巧手的设计开发和预研工作，综合性能、体积重量、成本等指标，协助按照技术路线，完成开发和量产交付； 2. 协同机械、硬件、软件、算法、测试、装配、供应链等团队，参与末端执行器产品的全生命周期，完成产品迭代，交付内外部客户； 3. 协助对二指夹爪开发、测试和量产过程中出现的各种问题进行系统性分析、排查并推动问题的解决； 4. 协助三指夹爪和灵巧手预研、触觉传感器集成，跟踪国内外智能执行器新产品、新技术，并思考如何应用到公司产品中。

1. 硕士及以上学历，机器人、机电、自动化、电子电气、控制等相关专业，26年及以后毕业优先； 2. 熟悉各种常用夹爪结构方案及其优缺点，对夹爪涉及到的各技术域（如机械/电控/伺服/软件），精通其中1~2个，其余都有一定认知； 3. 拥有夹爪或者灵巧手的实习或者学习经验，熟悉过程中可能遇到的问题，有较强的系统化思维和动手实操能力； 4. 良好的团队合作意识和沟通协调能力，较强的责任心和学习能力，严谨细实，追求卓越。
