1. 开发具身智能数据采集装备的机-电-控-软系统方案，独立或协同搭建快速原型/原理样机、完成数采和推理的闭环验证； 2. 完成数采系统所需算法开发适配，如VR/同构外骨骼遥操主从映射算法及相关定位算法开发，探索精度、延时等性能边界； 3. 实现数据采集装备从技术开发转向产品化，对开发过程中出现的问题进行系统性分析排查并推动问题解决； 4. 持续跟踪国内外遥操作和数据采集前沿技术方案和产品（如DexCap、FastUMI Pro等），并思考如何导入公司数采产品家族。

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，机器人、机电、控制、电子信息等相关专业，硕士及以上优先； 2. 熟悉遥操作技术（VR/动捕/外骨骼等）和定位技术（激光/视觉/UWB等），熟悉机器人通信、运动学、动力学与控制技术； 3. 知识面广、技能栈全，拥有1年及以上遥操数采系统及算法开发经验，有较强的动手实操和快速交付能力； 4. 较强的极客探索精神，良好的团队合作意识和学习能力，勇于创新，追求卓越； 5. 熟练掌握C/C++、MATLAB、Python等编程语言，熟练使用ROS/ROS2系统。

加分项： 1、有具身智能和医疗机器人行业遥操数采系统开发经验者优先
