岗位职责 1、负责机器人底层软件、业务模块、实时控制链路的C++开发、迭代与维护，保障系统高实时、高可靠、低时延运行； 2、参与端侧机器人感知、决策、规控、远程接管、设备调度、人机交互、性能优化等核心业务模块开发，对接硬件传感器、执行器与底层驱动接口； 3、负责业务代码性能优化、稳定性优化、内存与调度优化，解决工程落地中的卡顿、时延抖动、异常崩溃等线上问题； 4、配合算法、测试、硬件团队完成功能联调、场景验证、版本迭代，支撑机器人/自动驾驶场景落地交付； 5、沉淀通用组件、工具链与开发规范，持续提升软件迭代效率与系统稳定性。

1. 软件、计算机、自动化、机器人等相关专业本科及以上学历 2. 熟练使用C++/Python/Java其中至少一门语言； 3. 有实际机器人使用经验，熟悉ROS2等机器人开发生态者优先； 4. 拥有探索和创新精神，对具身智能充满热情
