1.参与公司核心具身基础模型（VLA/VLM/World Model）建设，负责模仿学习、偏好优化、强化学习及持续学习等后训练算法研发。 2.建设数据、训练、评测、部署的自动化数据闭环体系，持续提升模型的任务成功率、泛化能力、精细操作水平和动作流畅度。 3.攻克长尾场景、分布偏移、灾难性遗忘及长时序任务等关键问题，并与预训练、数据、仿真、真机和工程团队协作，推动前沿算法从研究探索走向真实机器人落地。

1.计算机、人工智能、自动化或机器人等相关专业，具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习及大模型基础。 2.熟悉 VLA、VLM、World Model 或机器人策略模型中的至少一个方向，具备模仿学习、SFT、偏好优化、强化学习或持续学习等相关经验。 3.具备大模型、自动驾驶或机器人相关项目经验，能够独立完成数据分析、模型训练、实验评测、问题定位及方案迭代。 4.具备良好的自主学习、创新思考、沟通协作和项目推进能力；有真实机器人落地、大规模训练、顶会论文或高质量开源项目经验者优先。
