【核心职责】 1、具身智能Agent架构开发： 设计并实现高并发、可扩展的机器人Agent框架，集成长短期记忆模块与 RAG 检索系统，使机器人能在复杂场景下，准确拆解长程任务到VLA可执行动作。 2、主导 VLM 模型在物理世界三维感知、场景语义理解、多模态信息融合、长程时序推理等核心能力的技术攻关，解决真实物理环境下的视觉遮挡、动态干扰、跨场景泛化等行业难题。 3、Skill与RAG库设计： 建立针对机器人操作任务的Skill技能库或RAG数据库，实现基于视觉语义和环境上下文的精准知识检索。 4、性能优化： 负责优化 VLM/VLA 调用全链路时延，包括但不限于流式输出处理、KV Cache 优化及异步推理调度。 5、真机落地： 负责整个Agent系统在物理实体机器人上的部署与调试，解决非结构化环境下的动作连贯性与实时纠错问题，并为效果演示提供快速支持。

【任职要求】 1、计算机/AI 基础： 计算机科学或相关专业硕士及以上学历，具备极强的 C++/Python 编程能力。 2、具备丰富的Agent开发经验，精通记忆系统、上下文管理、Skill、RAG等相关技术栈。 3、熟悉VLM多模态大模型，具备SFT、GRPO等微调优化经验，具备vLLM / SGLang等推理加速框架的实战经验。 4、时延优化经验：深刻理解 Transformer 推理瓶颈，有处理多模态大模型（VLM）首 Token 延迟（TTFT）优化的成功案例。

【加分项】 1、机器人背景：熟悉 ROS2 , 具备机器人实际研发或科研竞赛经验。 2、学术论文：在机器人、计算机视觉、机器学习领域高水平国际会议有论文发表者优先。
