1. 负责公司视觉-语言-动作（Vision-Language-Action, VLA）模型的质量评测，构建评测体系与评测指标； 2. 设计并搭建模型评测数据集，覆盖指令理解、视觉感知、动作生成等核心能力维度； 3. 开发自动化评测工具与评测Pipeline，实现模型版本的高效回归评测； 4. 分析模型Bad Case，定位模型能力短板，输出评测报告与优化建议，推动模型迭代； 5. 跟踪业界VLA/大模型评测前沿方法，引入先进评测技术与基准。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、机器人、自动化等相关专业2027届应届生； 2. 熟悉深度学习基础，了解Transformer、扩散模型等常见架构，有CV/NLP/多模态模型相关项目经验； 3. 熟练使用Python，掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow等至少一种深度学习框架； 4. 了解VLA、VLM、具身智能等相关概念，有相关科研或项目经验者优先； 5. 有模型评测、数据集构建、Benchmark相关经验者优先； 6. 具备良好的英文文献阅读能力，逻辑清晰，善于数据分析与总结。
