1、根据测试方案和用例，对机器人各系统、各模块和整机产品，开展功能、性能、精度、可靠性、稳定性、寿命测试加速等多维度的测试工作以及对接和开展高低温、振动、EMC等环境实验， 2、根据实际需求编写测试指导手册、测试方案、测试用例等； 3、协助内部团队进行软、硬件的部署和调试，支持公司内部的机器人调度、运行等演示类工作； 4、协助内部团队进行使用问题的定位、跟踪和解决，能够深入进行根因的分析和判断，并提交bug； 5、配合研发和其他上下游团队开展其他相关工作。

1、全日制统招本科及以上学历在校生，2028年及以后毕业，自动化、机器人、机械工程、测控、电子电气、通信等相关专业； 2、工作细致，逻辑严谨，思维敏捷，动手能力强；具备良好的问题分析和解决能力； 3、具备较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神，责任心强； 4、初步了解测试理论基础和产品开发流程，有相关行业岗位实习经历或测试岗位实习经历的优先考虑； 5、熟悉机器人系统及结构基本原理（机械臂、驱动链、AGV底盘）的优先考虑；熟悉机器人相关性能规范及测试标准（包括但不限于ISO9283、ISO12642等）的优先考虑； 6、具备一定编程能力，熟悉Python、C++、java等任意一门编程语言；有实际产品开发经历的优先；
