The posting

1.与资深工程师一起拆解机器人整机运动需求，整理电机与伺服驱动器技术指标，完成电驱系统技术规格书编写与需求复盘； 2.完成电机性能标定，参与电机与伺服驱动器功能、性能、高低温、振动、EMC等环境与可靠性测试，记录测试数据，协助定位问题、跟进问题整改回归； 3.协助编制电机及伺服驱动器产线装配SOP、下线测试规范，参与产线测试流程优化，协助拦截生产制程不良问题； 4.配合软硬件、算法工程师完成电机/伺服驱动器与机器人整机联调，协助排查现场使用故障，整理问题台账与复盘文档； 5.跟进电机三环控制、伺服驱动硬件、编码器通信等相关技术学习，参与伺服产品迭代优化工作。

1.掌握模电、数电、单片机基础理论，了解功率器件基本原理，有硬件电路调试经验优先； 2.熟悉电机控制基础原理，了解电流/速度/位置三环控制、PID基础算法，有电机调试、伺服相关课程设计/竞赛项目优先； 3.了解MCU基础外设（PWM、ADC、SPI），会使用示波器、电源等基础测试仪器； 4.做事严谨细心，具备良好问题分析能力与文档撰写能力，沟通协作顺畅，热爱机器人赛道，愿意深耕伺服控制领域
