核心职责 1、场景库体系设计与搭建：参与制定具身智能通用能力的层级划分标准，按照 "一级能力大类 - 二级任务域 - 三级原子能力" 的三级架构，设计和编写标准化测试场景与用例 2、评测规范制定：撰写清晰、可执行的评测协议，明确每个场景的输入输出要求、成功判定标准、控制变量范围和执行流程，确保评测结果的可复现性和可比性 3、场景落地验证：配合评测工程师完成场景的真机 / 仿真验证，收集测试过程中的问题反馈，持续优化场景设计和判定标准 4、数据整理与分析：整理评测数据，统计不同场景下的模型成功率和失败原因分布，输出能力分析报告，为模型迭代提供数据支撑 5、文档体系建设：维护场景库的技术文档、使用手册和版本管理记录，确保团队成员能够快速理解和使用场景库

必备要求 1、全日制本科及以上在读学生，计算机科学与技术、人工智能、自动化、机器人工程等相关专业，2028 届及之后的毕业生优先 2、头脑清晰，逻辑思维能力强，能够快速理解复杂的技术概念和体系架构 3、优秀的书面表达能力，能够撰写规范、清晰、准确的技术文档和测试用例 4、良好的沟通表达能力，能够与不同角色的团队成员高效协作，准确传达信息和反馈问题 5、工作认真负责，有耐心，注重细节，具备较强的学习能力和自我驱动力 6、每周至少能到岗 4 天，实习时长不少于 3 个月，能长期实习者优先
