1、协助制定项目交付计划，细化分解各阶段任务（如备货、发货、安装、调试、验收）；定期收集各项目实际进展，更新项目看板，识别进度偏差及潜在风险（如物料延期、客户场地未就绪等），及时向项目经理发出预警。 2、随同交付团队前往客户现场（科研院校、展厅、工厂等），负责现场物料清点、安装辅助、测试记录等工作；在现场协助把控实施节奏，协调客户方配合事项（如供电、网络、场地安排），记录现场异常情况，推动问题闭环，确保验收环节顺利推进。 3、作为项目辅助接口人，组织项目启动会、进度同步会、复盘会，输出会议纪要并跟踪待办事项的落实，协助协调研发、供应链、销售等内部资源，解决项目推进中的卡点问题。 4、协助整理并归档项目交付文档（如验收报告、测试记录、SOP），建立标准化的项目档案库，优化项目管理制度和流程模板，提升团队整体运作效率。 5、在导师指导下，参与简单的软硬件功能测试，基于ROS2编写基础验证节点，以辅助项目验收及客户二次开发支持。

1、本科及以上学历，机器人工程、自动化、机电一体化、计算机科学、人工智能、电子信息等相关理工科专业在读，可以全勤实习3个月以上； 2、具备一定的软硬件调试能力，能看懂简单的电路接线图或网络拓扑图。 3、具备极强的责任心和主动性，对交付结果有“闭环意识”；能适应项目制高频出差（主要覆盖华东区域），具备良好的抗压能力。 4、逻辑清晰，沟通顺畅，能够清晰地向导师或客户复述现场问题。 加分项： 1、有项目经验，能够管理项目进度和风险。 2、人形机器人/机械臂使用/竞赛经验。
