1、负责具身模型后训练算法研究，赋能具身智能模型和产品的落地，让机器人真正给人干活。 2、技术包括但不限于：数据闭环系统构建，模型训练范式探究，持续学习、强化学习算法研究，推理时优化等。

1、对VLA、VLM、WAM等模型有深入理解，具备丰富的大模型后训练及落地应用经验。 2、具备扎实的持续学习、强化学习等技术积累，有实际解决模型灾难性遗忘、分布偏移等问题的项目经验，能针对性设计后训练优化方案。 3、清晰掌握模型性能影响因素，具备优秀的问题定位、分析及解决能力，能快速推进模型调优与迭代。 4、具备极强的自主学习能力、创新思维和抗压能力，善于跨团队协作，能高效推进技术落地与项目交付。 5、加分项：① 在CVPR、ICLR、NeurIPS、ICRA等国际顶会以第一作者身份发表过相关领域论文；② 有Kaggle等顶级数据科学/算法竞赛靠前排名经历；③ 有具身智能、机器人相关算法落地经验。
