1、负责数据工厂平台的业务流程开发，实现数据采集任务派发、人员/设备调度、数据标注、质量监控等全流程管理功能。 2、参与统一资源调度引擎的开发与维护，协调数据采集、模型训练与评测的资源分配。 3、负责MLOps平台的功能模块开发，支持VLA模型的训练与评测流程。 4、参与跨云-边-端系统的功能实现与性能优化，确保系统的稳定性与可靠性。 5、与机器人团队、算法团队紧密协作，参与开发自动化工具，提升研发效率。 6、持续优化数据存储与处理流程，支持数据质量与模型性能的正反馈机制建设。

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，2年以上平台后端或全栈开发经验。 2、熟悉分布式系统原理，了解高并发、高可用架构设计。 3、熟悉Golang、Python等编程语言，具备良好的编码习惯。 4、熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器化技术，具备微服务开发经验。 5、熟悉MySQL、PostgreSQL、MongoDB等数据库，具备数据库设计与优化能力。 6、了解自动化测试技术，能够通过自动化测试提升系统稳定性。 7、有机器学习、大规模数据处理或任务调度系统开发经验者优先。 8、具备良好的系统设计思维，能平衡效率、成本与可扩展性。 9、良好的跨团队协作能力，能将业务需求转化为系统设计。 10、对具身智能领域有浓厚兴趣，愿意探索前沿技术。
