岗位职责： 1. 负责人形机器人躯干、连杆、壳体等结构件有限元仿真分析，开展静强度、刚度、模态、振动、疲劳、接触等分析； 2. 负责人形机器人运动及动力学仿真，建立典型载荷工况，完成行走、摆臂、跌倒、碰撞等极限工况下的受力与安全性校核； 3. 基于结构性能需求，开展关键零部件的拓扑优化、尺寸优化及形状优化，平衡轻量化、刚度、可靠性，支撑整机减重目标； 4. 负责人形机器人热仿真及热管理设计，评估散热方案，优化导热路径、散热结构及热布局，提升持续工作能力； 5. 输出CAE分析报告、设计建议及优化方案，协同机械工程师完成结构迭代与设计闭环，确保整机安全冗余及热设计合理性； 6. 配合样机试制及可靠性测试，定位并解决结构强度、振动、跌倒冲击、热管理等工程问题。

任职要求： 1. 硕士及以上学历，机械、力学、机器人相关专业； 2. 3-5 年及以上结构 + 热 CAE 仿真经验，有人形机器人、协作机器人、精密机电设备仿真经验优先； 3. 精通：ANSYS Workbench / Icepak / Fluent、ABAQUS、Adams等结构仿真软件； 4. 掌握拓扑优化方法，熟悉轻量化设计思路，能输出可制造的优化方案； 5. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，责任心强、敢于创新，追求卓越；
