1. 负责机器人 HMI 交互应用和数据采集设备（UMI、ego-centric 等）配套移动端应用（Android & iOS）的全流程开发，覆盖设备连接配对、采集任务配置、多模态数据预览与回传等数据工厂采集闭环能力，并支撑机器人真实落地场景中的数据回流、工作流程管理、导航建图等现场业务需求； 2. 设计移动端与机器人端、边缘网关及云平台的协同通信方案，保障 HMI 指令传输、采集数据回传与现场数据回流的实时性、稳定性与一致性； 3. 构建跨 Android 与 iOS 的统一交互框架与组件体系，沉淀面向具身智能场景的移动端基础能力，提升多端开发效率与用户体验一致性； 4. 持续优化移动端应用性能与稳定性，针对工业现场复杂网络环境、低功耗运行及长时间作业等场景进行专项优化，保障关键业务的可靠运行； 5. 与机器人算法、硬件、数据平台及产品经理深度协作，将具身智能业务需求转化为移动端产品能力，推动 HMI 应用在数据采集与真实落地场景中的工程化落地与持续迭代。

1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3 年以上移动端开发经验，有机器人、工业物联网或智能硬件相关项目经验者优先； 2. 精通 Android 原生开发，熟悉 Kotlin/Java 语言及 Jetpack 组件，具备复杂业务架构设计与性能优化能力； 3. 熟悉 C++ 编程，具备 Qt 框架开发经验，能够基于 Qt 开发跨平台原生模块或高性能 HMI 组件，熟悉 Qt Quick/QML 界面开发及与移动端混合集成方案者优先； 4. 熟悉移动端与硬件设备的通信机制，了解蓝牙（BLE）、USB、WiFi、RTSP 等协议，具备低延迟数据传输与实时音视频处理经验者优先； 5. 熟悉移动端网络编程与数据同步机制，具备弱网环境、离线缓存、断点续传等场景下的工程实践经验； 6. 具备优秀的用户体验意识与交互设计理解力，能在工业现场复杂场景下平衡功能完备性与操作效率； 7. 具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能与算法、硬件、后端团队高效沟通，推动需求快速落地； 8. 对具身智能领域有浓厚兴趣，关注机器人交互与数据采集技术趋势，具备快速学习能力与工程化思维。
