岗位职责：​ 1.架构定义与搭建：负责机器人运控软件和数采软件系统的整体架构设计，包括底层运控和遥操算法集成、中间件、硬件抽象层、进程通信优化及跨平台（Edge-to-Cloud）、用户操作界面HMI的软件框架及部署。​ 2.机器人运控软件：带领团队开发基于 RT-Preempt 或高实时 OS 的控制闭环，优化底层的驱动接口（EtherCAT/CAN/485），完成机器人本体配置，确保控制指令的高性能执行和低延迟响应。​ 3.数采和接管软件：带领团队开发手持式直采和VR遥釆软件、云-边-端协同的远程接管软件，包含音视频编解码、时间戳对齐、系统延时优化等功能实现，打通多模态数据链路。​ 4.跨团队协同：与电子电气团队对接底层嵌入式软件，与具身智能部对接模型推理部署与数据采集接口，各团队合作共建具身智能系统软件。​ 5.业务及团队管理：思考和规划软件业务方向，持续提升软件易用性和交互智能化，推广AI编程工具，团队能力建设，明确分工，确保软件按时保质开发与落地。​

任职资格：​ • 专业背景：软件、计算机、自动化、机器人学等相关专业本科及以上学历。​ • 实战经验：5 年以上机器人软件开发经验，2 年以上团队领导经验。​ • 精通 C++：具备极强的工程编码能力，熟悉设计模式与内存管理。​ • 深度理解 ROS2：对通信机制（DDS）、参数服务器、生命周期管理有底层源码级的理解。​ • Linux 系统专家：熟悉内核优化、实时性改造及多线程/多进程高性能编程。​ • 管理与视野：具备敏捷开发管理经验，能够在高动态环境下平衡研发进度与工程质量。​ 加分项：​ • 主导过复杂机器人系统（如工业/协作、双足、四足）的软件全栈设计。
