1，负责具身智能机器人数采设备（UMI/Ego/全身动捕/手套等） 的产品规划与定义，为产品的商业化成功负责，进行市场分析、产品定义、开发、交付、GTM的全生命周期管理； 2，与项目经理协作，确定产品和项目交付计划，参与PDT各TR节点评审与产品验收，协调资源解决卡点问题，确保产品按时保质交付； 3，与销售、市场、运营团队配合，收集客户场景及反馈，牵头完成产品上市所需资料准备（产品宣传单页/使用说明书/培训视频/白皮书等），协同完成售后技术支持。 4，持续跟踪VR/AR、空间计算、触觉、人形机器人等前沿方向，探索下一代数采设备与技术方案。

1、本科及以上学历，机器人、机电、自动化、计算机、软件等相关专业。 2、3年及以上智能机电产品软硬件开发或产品管理经验，有较好的产品思维和极客精神。 3、熟悉SLAM、Camera-IMU calibration、标定、多传感器融合等技术方向； 4、敏锐的商业意识，具备较强的市场调研、产品规划、需求分析挖掘等能力，追求卓越，精益求精。 5、出色的沟通协调意识和能力，有效推动内部跨部门协同。 6、有智能机器人行业经验者优先，AI Native工具使用者且能搭Agent为工作提效者优先。
