岗位职责： 1. 管理具身智能端侧软件项目：含底软、运控、模型推理、导航、Release Center、OTA、远程接管与调试系统等多个专项的排期、里程碑与资源统筹。 2. 拉通端侧软件集成涉及的BSP、ML Infra、Agent、导航、运控、平台、测试等多团队，管理跨模块依赖与版本集成，确保训推、遥操、运控等版本不错配。 3. 推动建立整机软件版本管理机制：统一集成入口、Manifest/BOM、组件版本清单，推动版本火车在机器人/数采产品线落地，保障软硬件版本一致性。 4. 负责风险与质量管控：涵盖软件可靠性专项、OTA 覆盖与升级风险、发布前集成验证等，衔接硬件项目转阶段（TR5/TR6）对软件配套版本的要求。 5. 负责项目复盘与管理层汇报。

任职要求： 1，本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、机器人、电子信息等相关背景优先。 2，5年以上软件研发经验，其中2年以上嵌入式软件/系统软件/智能硬件软件方向项目管理经验，熟悉版本管理、CI/CD、OTA 升级机制。 3，有多团队软件集成项目管理经验（多代码仓、多模块集成、整机版本发布），能管理复杂跨模块依赖。 4，对机器人、自动驾驶等整机软件系统（ROS/端云协同/域控）有基本理解，能与端侧、BSP、算法团队有效沟通。 加分项： 1. 有机器人、自动驾驶、手机 OS 或智能硬件整机软件集成发布经验优先。 2. 有软硬件协同项目管理经验，了解硬件 EVT/DVT/PVT 或 IPD 转阶段节点优先。 3. 有从 0 到 1 建设研发流程/发布体系（Release Management）经验优先。
