1、负责人形机器人末端灵巧执行器-灵巧手、夹爪的产品Roadmap、设计开发和量产落地工作，综合性能、体积重量、成本等指标，明确需求规格，确定技术路线，按照产品级完成开发和量产交付。 2、协同机械、硬件、软件、算法、测试、装配、供应链等团队，对接外部供应商，对末端灵巧执行器产品的全生命周期负责，完成产品迭代，交付内外部客户。 3、牵头对灵巧执行器开发、测试和量产过程中出现的各种问题进行系统性分析、排查并推动问题的解决。 4、负责三指夹爪和灵巧手预研、触觉传感器集成，跟踪国内外灵巧执行器新产品、新技术，并思考如何应用到公司产品中。

1、本科及以上学历，机器人、机电、自动化、电子电气、控制等相关专业，硕士及以上优先。 2、熟悉各种常用灵巧手/夹爪结构方案及其优缺点，对涉及到的各技术域（如机械/电控/伺服/软件），精通其中1~2个，其余都有一定认知。 3、拥有3年及以上灵巧手/夹爪产品开发和量产经验，熟悉过程中可能遇到的问题，有较强的系统化思维和动手实操能力（灵巧手领域优秀博士应届也可）。 4、良好的团队合作意识和沟通协调能力，较强的责任心和学习能力，严谨细实，追求卓越。
