1、负责具身VLA模型后训练微调落地，针对机器人导航、实物操作等真实场景，完成场景化数据治理、微调策略落地，迭代优化模型精度与环境适配性，保障模型场景落地效果。 2、针对模型跨场景适配弱、长尾场景失效、性能衰减、灾难性遗忘等实操问题，运用增量微调、持续学习等成熟技术完成优化迭代，提升模型泛化能力与场景稳定性。 3、参与搭建“数据-训练-测试-迭代”闭环体系，配合完成数据迭代、模型回归测试、效果复盘，沉淀可复用的微调流程与工具，支撑业务规模化落地。 4、基于成熟多模态微调方案，优化模型端到端任务执行能力，适配机器人复杂作业场景，完成模型迭代、效果验证、问题修复全流程交付。 5、跟进具身模型微调主流落地技术，结合业务场景完成技术适配与优化，沉淀标准化微调方案，提升团队交付效率。

职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化等相关专业，具备相关算法微调落地经验或实习经历优先。 2、熟悉VLA、VLM多模态模型基础原理，具备大模型后训练微调、场景化调优、落地迭代实操经验，可独立完成模型微调、效果评估与优化工作。 3、了解增量微调、持续学习逻辑，有解决模型遗忘、跨场景适配差等实际问题的项目经验，可针对性制定微调优化方案。 4、熟悉大模型微调全流程，掌握数据治理、模型调参、效果评估核心方法，具备独立定位模型问题、落地优化方案的能力。 5、具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，抗压性强、善于跨团队协作，可高效推进算法迭代、场景验证与项目交付。

加分项 1、有具身智能、机器人操控、多模态模型微调落地项目经验优先； 2、熟练掌握主流大模型微调框架，具备模型微调、迭代、落地闭环经验优先； 3、有算法竞赛、论文产出、开源项目贡献相关经历优先。
