1、10 年以上 ToB 销售、战略客户、商业化或 BD 相关经验，其中至少 3 年以上团队管理经验，有服务全球知名 KA 客户的成功经验，能够独立打开复杂大客户并推动长期合作。 2、有 AI、大模型、自动驾驶、机器人、智能硬件、企业级平台产品 等相关领域经验，且最好经历过技术早期阶段的市场教育与客户共建。 3、有从 0 到 1 推动平台型或前沿技术产品商业化落地的经验，而非仅承接成熟产品销售。 4、有跨部门推动复杂项目落地的经验，能同时与客户业务、技术、采购、管理层多线程沟通。 5、具备全球化视野和跨文化商务能力，能够支持国际客户拓展与合作推进。
