1、行业大客户开发与深耕 根据公司战略，负责具身智能产品在头部目标客户的开发与深度合作，建立高价值客户资源网络；深耕目标行业，深入挖掘行业客户的业务痛点与场景化需求，结合公司产品特性，为客户提供定制化的具身智能解决方案。 2. 全流程销售与项目管理 独立负责从线索挖掘、需求对接、方案呈现、商务谈判、合同签订到交付验收与回款的全流程闭环管理；协调公司内部技术、研发、产品及交付团队，推动项目顺利实施，解决客户合作过程中的各类问题，确保项目按时验收并确认收入。 3. 市场洞察与策略 参与制定行业销售策略，协助公司完成产品市场定位与标杆案例打造。 4. 客户关系维护与生态建设 维护核心大客户的长期战略合作关系，定期进行高层拜访与业务复盘，挖掘客户复购及转介绍潜力，提升客户满意度与忠诚度；联动行业集成商、渠道伙伴，构建健康的合作伙伴生态，扩大市场覆盖。

1、本科及以上学历，理工科专业背景优先。 2、5年以上科技行业大客户销售经验，具备具身智能、人形机器人、服务机器人、特种机器人等公司背景，或工业4.0/智能制造/机械臂/AGV/AMR等领域TOP销售经历，深度理解工业自动化、数字化车间、柔性产线等场景优先； 3、能够与技术团队深入讨论至少一个领域（如：AI/ML工作流、数据中心硬件等）。 4、具备战略思维，能超越短期订单，规划并执行18-24个月合作路线。 5、在目标客户公司内已建立成熟的决策者网络（采购、技术部门、产品部门等）。 6、结果导向，自我驱动，能在高压和模糊环境下独立工作，并出色的演讲、谈判和影响力。
