1、全流程招聘 （1）主导技术/业务岗位从需求分析、渠道开源、面试评估到Offer谈判的全流程，确保候选人技术匹配度与组织文化契合； （2）深入理解业务场景（如智能制造、家庭服务、特种机器人）对研发的复合要求，构建能力画像与人才胜任力模型。 2、人才地图与策略制定 （1）绘制具身智能领域核心人才地图（强化学习、仿真环境、多模态感知、运动控制等方向），建立和维护高潜人才库； （2）主导中高端岗位的寻访、甄选、薪酬谈判及背景调查，确保关键岗位到岗率与留存质量。 3、业务协同与战略支持 （1）定期向业务负责人输出招聘数据分析报告（如招聘漏斗、offer拒绝原因分析），为业务决策提供数据支撑。 （2）参与雇主品牌建设，优化从需求确认到入职保温的全流程SOP，提升面试官专业度与候选人体验，缩短关键岗位填补周期。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网/人工智能/智能硬件领域招聘经验。 2、能正确解释技术关键词含义，并判断其相关性，如VLA、世界模型、点云分割、MPC、RLHF、URDF、Isaac Gym等。 3、具备技术基本素养：可独立完成简历技术初步筛选，并具备较强业务需求理解。 4、擅长与候选人构建信任，并且能用技术语言和技术人才沟通职业发展。 5、对具身智能有强烈热情和发展意愿，抗压皮实，勇于挑战和突破自我。
