1、云端接管与调度能力：构建 “云端管控 + 远程人工接管 + 现场快速运维” 云端一体化产品能力。 2、构建数据回流与模型微调能力，通过BadCase的数据回流，进行后训练，提升模型在特定应用场景的表现 3、机器人状态监控与运维：构建机器人与模型运行的状态监控，故障诊断、问题上报、接管请求等产品运维的完整能力 4、端侧运营软件定义：近场的App和远程的PC端与VR遥操接管的产品功能定义，对接软件产品经理与UI设计师，完成产品设计和落地 5、运营提效与成本优化：持续打磨产品体验，提升接管效率和成功率，降低延迟，降低人工接管频次，提升人机比，降低落地成本 6、产品开发管理：推动研发、测试等团队完成系统开发与落地，保障项目质量和交付

1、本科及以上，计算机、自动化、电子信息、物联网相关理工科专业； 2、5年以上复杂运维系统经验，其中3 年及以上自动驾驶车云平台 / 远程操控等工作经验优先；有 Robotaxi、无人配送车远程接管、云端安全员平台完整落地经验优先； 3、熟悉远程接管核心技术常识：WebRTC/RTMP 流媒体传输、弱网传输优化、车云通信协议（MQTT/WebSocket），理解时延、带宽、丢包对远程操控的影响； 4、理解大模型的技术原理，微调等技术原理，对模型的工具链和调优的流程 5、熟悉AI Native的产品工作流，具备优秀的PRD 输出、项目推进与跨部门协同能力。 6、强产品主导意识和热情，注重细节与体验，能在快速迭代中平衡技术可行性与用户体验。
