岗位职责：​ 1.架构设计与决策：主导机器人（涵盖轮式人形/轮足）和数采产品的整机机械结构设计、核心零部件设计选型，负责从系统方案到详细工程设计的全流程。​ 2.核心部件研发：带队攻克高性能集成关节（电机+减速器+编码器+驱动）、轻量化高强度骨架及末端执行器（夹爪/灵巧手）等关键技术。​ 3.跨团队协同：与具身智能部、控制算法组深度协同，理解大小脑核心需求，优化机器人的动力学性能、负载自重比及工作空间可达性，打造具身友好型机器人和数采产品。​ 4.整机及部组件交付：主导样机制造、组装及量产导入（NPI），与供应链团队一起建立高效的供应商体系，确保核心零部件的品质与交付。​ 5.团队建设：负责机械团队的日常管理、技术人才培养及研发流程体系的建立与优化。

任职资格：​ • 专业背景：机械工程、自动化、精密仪器等相关专业硕士及以上学历。​ • 实战经验：5 年以上复杂机器人系统，其中包含 2 年以上的团队管理经验。​精通主流 CAD 设计软件（如 SolidWorks, Creo 等）及有限元分析（FEA）。​ • 熟悉高能量密度传动系统、高动态电机驱动方案及仿生机构设计。​ • 对材料学（工程塑料、高强铝、镁合金等）及先进制造工艺有深入研究。​ • 具身思维：能够理解算法逻辑，对机器人感知、走线及散热系统有极致的追求。​ • 自驱精神：具备初创团队的拼搏精神，能够在模糊的需求中梳理出清晰的技术路径，追求卓越。
